Louie brings over 26 years of professional experience to WeCare Senior Placements, having retired from a successful career in the utility industry—12 of those years spent in a managerial role overseeing both managers and union employees. Driven by a passion for helping others, Louie shifted focus to entrepreneurship and earned an Administrator’s Certificate in preparation for launching two Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs).

At WeCare Senior Placements, Louie leverages a deep understanding of leadership, operational efficiency, and compassionate service to guide families through the often complex senior placement process. By combining this professional background with WeCare’s mission of providing free consultations, tailored senior assessments, and personalized tours, Louie is dedicated to ensuring every family finds the ideal boarding care or assisted living option. In alignment with WeCare’s pledge to treat every family like their own, Louie is also committed to helping clients navigate financial resources such as Medi-Cal or Veterans Administration assistance, ensuring that individuals receive the support they deserve.
