Rick began his career as a Business Manager and Development professional at The Elder and Disability Law Firm in Redlands, where he spent 6 years providing compassionate and comprehensive legal assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities. During his tenure, he gained a deep understanding of the importance of providing support and guidance to those in need. Following his time at The Elder and Disability Law Firm, Rick transitioned to the field of senior living as a Community Relations/Sales Director for Meridian Senior Living and Brightwater Senior Living. For another 6 years, he connected with seniors and their families, assisting them in finding appropriate care and support.
In 2022, Rick joined WeCare, a senior placement referral company that assists families in finding appropriate care and communities for their loved ones. Through this role as senior living expert, he continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, working to ensure that seniors receive the best possible care and support. Rick's personal experience growing up in his grandparents' house and witnessing his grandmother's battle with Alzheimer's has given him a unique perspective on the importance of proper care and planning for seniors and their families. He is passionate about promoting awareness and providing resources for families to navigate the challenges of memory decline.
 

Indy Amador is an experienced senior care specialist with a background in psychology and a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges faced by families caring for their elderly loved ones. She founded WeCare Senior Placements in 2022, a team of experts who share her values and dedication to providing the best possible care and support for families looking for senior living options.

After caring for her grandmother with lingual cancer, Indy recognized the complexities and difficulties faced by families in similar situations. She treats every person she works with as if they were her own family, providing them with the compassion and support they need throughout the entire process.

Prior to joining WeCare, James gained invaluable experience working at his family's boarding care facility for seniors, where he provided compassionate care to residents for eight years.

With expertise in independent and assisted living, residential care facilities, memory care, private home care, and low-income senior resources, James is dedicated to ensuring that seniors receive the best possible care and support. His passion for his work began when he worked as a caregiver and administrator for a residential care facility during his junior year at UC Irvine.

When he's not working, James loves exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie. He also values spending time with his loved ones and indulging in his favorite books and movies.

Throughout her tenure in the industry, Brenda has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to helping families care for their loved ones. She is highly regarded for her ability to provide compassionate guidance and support to families as they navigate the complexities of elder care, ensuring that their loved ones receive the best possible care and support.
