During his tenure, he gained a deep understanding of the importance of providing support and guidance to those in need. Following his time at The Elder and Disability Law Firm, Rick transitioned to the field of senior living as a Community Relations/Sales Director for Meridian Senior Living and Brightwater Senior Living. For another 6 years, he connected with seniors and their families, assisting them in finding appropriate care and support.In 2022, Rick joined WeCare, a senior placement referral company that assists families in finding appropriate care and communities for their loved ones. Through this role as senior living expert, he continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, working to ensure that seniors receive the best possible care and support. Rick's personal experience growing up in his grandparents' house and witnessing his grandmother's battle with Alzheimer's has given him a unique perspective on the importance of proper care and planning for seniors and their families.
